Delivery Info

All items are delivered by NZ Couriers.

All shipments carry a charge of $5.00 on the 1st item and $1 per unit thereafter. Exceptions are for large box sets that do not fit into the normal courier package. In that case you will be advised of any increase in shipping fees once you are logged onto your account. Unfortunately we have to add an extra $2.50 to the order for all rural delivery addresses in New Zealand when we process your payment.

Delivery within New Zealand usually takes between 7 and 10 days depending on availability. Pre ordered items are delivered soon after the release date.

We will allow cancellations of orders provided it occurs before we have shipped the order to you. If you need to cancel please email us as soon as possible.

No returns accepted on orders, unless faulty, due to distributor copyright laws.

Should you be unlucky enough to receive your order and damage has been done to the package and/or contents please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you and NZ Courier to apply for compensation. We are not responsible for items once they have left our offices, that is the responsibility of NZ Courier that were given the responsibility of transporting your goods. But we will work with you to make arrangements to get your claim investigated and goods replaced at the cost of the courier company.
